What we collect

When you buy a kit, our payment processor, Stripe, collects your name, email address and payment details. We receive your name, email and order details. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

• To process your order and deliver your files
• To answer your questions and handle refunds
• To send updates to templates you bought, if we release them

We don't sell your information, and we don't send marketing email unless you ask us to.

Website analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other sites and does not collect personal information.

Third parties

We use Stripe for payments and Cloudflare to host this site and deliver files. Each has its own privacy policy. We don't share your information with anyone else except where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as needed to provide your purchase and meet tax and accounting obligations, typically up to seven years.

Your choices

You can ask us to access or delete your personal information at any time by emailing [email protected]. We'll respond within 30 days.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new date.
