1. Who we are
SoloForms is a brand of K2 Business Strategies LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company. By buying or using SoloForms products, you agree to these terms.
2. Your license
When you buy a kit, you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and edit the templates in your own business. You may:
- Use the templates in your own business, as many times as you like
- Customize them for your needs
- Send completed documents to your own clients, contractors and vendors
You may not:
- Resell, share, give away or republish the templates, in whole or in part
- Include them in another template product or collection
- Claim you created the templates
3. Not legal advice
SoloForms templates are general business document templates. They are not legal, tax or financial advice. SoloForms is not a law firm, and using our products does not create an attorney-client or any other professional relationship. Laws vary by location and situation; have a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction review any document before you rely on it.
4. Delivery
After purchase you are sent to a download page. The link works for 30 days. If you have trouble downloading, email [email protected] with your receipt.
5. Refunds
We offer a 14-day refund on all purchases. See our Refund Policy.
6. No warranties
All products are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that any template will meet your requirements or be enforceable in your jurisdiction.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, K2 Business Strategies LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of SoloForms products, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted here, with its date, applies to purchases made after that date.
